Temporary Suspension of Shipping to the USA starting May 1
Important change regarding our shipping policy to the USA.
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, specifically the cancellation of the de minimis exemption (Section 321, which allowed duty-free imports under $800), we are currently unable to ship orders to the United States.
This change impacts all international sellers shipping to the U.S. and has made it temporarily unfeasible for us to continue offering delivery to our valued American customers.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and are actively working to find a compliant and cost-effective solution. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to our support team with any questions or for assistance with existing orders.
What This Means for Your Shipments
- Made-in-China products (including Hong Kong) now require formal entry, which means all such shipments must go through customs clearance and will be subject to duties and tariffs.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Warm regards,
Tiny Boxes
