1. What is a blind box

A blind box is a type of packaging that keeps its contents a mystery until it is opened. Designer toy blind boxes typically come in themed series with the entire variety of possible items displayed on the packaging.

Some items in a series might be rarer than others. The rarest ones are referred to as "secret", "hidden" or "chase" items. They are usually not part of the standard 12 box set, and are only identified on the box by their silhouette.

One basic edition figurine is replaced at random in sets containing a "secret" figurine.

2. What is a confirmed box

Confirmed box is a box that contains a figure of your choice. 

Please note: Confirmed boxes may be open boxes, but the figure inside will always remain sealed in their original packaging.

3. Order Inquiry

Can I change my address after placing an order?

  • Once the package has been dispatched, we do not accept any change of shipping address. You can check the logistics status of your order or contact customer service.

I placed an order and wanted to cancel it because I didn't want it anymore.

  • An order could only be cancelled before it is shipped. Once the parcel is shipped out, the order is irreversible and cannot be cancelled.
  • Pre-orders can not be cancelled once the order has been placed.

When will my order be shipped?

  • In stock items are usually shipped with in 1-3 days. 
  • Pre-ordered items will be shipped based on the estimated date indicated on the product page. Sometimes delays could happen due to customs clearance. If you have other in stock items purchased with the pre-ordered items, all items will ship together once the pre-ordered items arrive. 
  • If your order contains multiple items, it will be shipped once all items are in stock.

When will my order arrive?

  • Depends on the shipping methods and your province, once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days with standard shipping.

• What if the figurine I received is defective?

Please kindly reach out to us at support@tinyboxes.ca within 5 days from the date of delivery, providing the related order number and attaching pictures or an unpacking video of the relevant figurines.

• If I don't like the character after opening the blind box, can I return or replace it?

Due to the nature of blind box products, we do not accept return and refund requests due to personal reasons.

5. Shipping

• Do you ship outside of Canada?

We ship across Canada and USA.

• How much does shipping cost?

Domestic Standard - 3 to 7 business days $10.99 CAD.

Standard USA - 7-10 business days $15.99 USD. 

Free shipping over CAD $150.

• Are there any shipping restrictions?

We only ship to residential addresses with in Canada, orders placed with a warehouse address will not be processed.

• Do you ship to PO Boxes

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please chat or email our customer support team for details. support@tinyboxes.ca

7. Delivery

Once an order is marked as "Delivered", we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have a "Worry-Free Delivery" service available for purchase at the check out page, it offers peace of mind against package loss, damage, and theft, while offsetting carbon emissions from shipping for a greener planet.

If you chose to opt out from Worry-Free Delivery, we will not be liable for stolen packages. If you have concerns about your packages and your shipments, alternatively you can request a signature service after placing an order by contacting customer support. support@tinyboxes.ca

8. Authenticity

We strongly suggest you to film an unboxing video for the products you received from us for us to better assist you with your return/exchange inquiries.

We guarantee that all our products are genuine and authentic. If you believe any product doesn't meet our authentication standards, please feel free to reach out to us. A full refund/free return/exchange will be provided for any product that does not meet the product authenticity guidelines.

Note for Pop Mart Products

For all blind boxes: please ensure you scratch off and scan the authentication QR code before opening the blind box or we will not be able to accept return/exchange on your product.
